Oh! This winter vacation was splendid! Everything was great, rooms, territory, and of course the service. Ivonne at the privilege beach side did her best, thanks! Other stuff is great too! I enjoyed my holidays!

I want to say thank you for a wonderful week stay. The staff was excellent. Polo, Amy, and Omar were great at
the pool and throughtout the day. Alberto is a wonderful
waiter where ever he is serving. Just a totally great stay.

We recently stayed at Ocean Maya Royale and had a fantastic stay. This is truly a 5 star resort. We have stayed at many 5 stars across the carribean and this was one of our favorites. It is not a massive resort and has a nice boutique feel. We upgraded to the privilege package and that really exceeded our expectations. The priv desk staff were extremely accomdating. All 3 restaurants had amazing food, not one complaint. The F&B manager was always present so you could tell that he was was on top of everything. The buffet was great for all meals too. Mike's coffee was awesome, you could have lattes or other specialty coffees and they were delicious. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and very modern. I couldn't ask for anything more.
The pools were great, lots of activities. The drinks were excellent and the staff was awesome. I really loved my stay.

Just returned from an amazing week at the Ocean Maya. We loved everything about the resort. It was beautiful!! Food was excellent. We travelled with our two boys Jordan and Kevin (19 and 20) and they had a blast as well. The highlight of the trip was hanging around the pool area and the fun activities that we participated in. The staff were all so friendly and got you involved. We especially loved Lorena Espinoza Vazques. She went over and above to show us all a great time!!!

This hotel was most amazing in every way. We upgraded to the privilege suit and it was beautiful,well worth it, and very clean. Antonio at the bar was incredible always helped to make our day that much better with a good laugh, as well as Juan in the hacienda. I want to give a BIG BIG thank you to Susannah and Richardo, and the rest of the animations staff they were wonderful and really made our trip a memorable one, they had a surprise for us at Coco bongo that we will never forget. this crew are one of a kind, because of them and the rest of the amazing staff at this resort, the near perfect service, and beautiful scenery me and my newly engaged fiancée will be back next year and want to plan our wedding there so we can bring the whole family to share in this amazing resort and relive the vacation where we got engaged. I asked her at the gorgeous fountain right past the lobby area and bought my ring at the jewelery store in the resort. I cant remember the girls name who helped me but Thank you so much for helping me pick the perfect ring. I can only say good things about this place in fact the only negative thing was that we had to leave eventually. I give this place ten stars if i could. Thanks again to all of you, and hopefully see you next year!! room 214

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay... From arrival to departure all our needs were met. Restrooms throughout the beach/pool area were well maintained throughout the day. Staff friendly, cheerful, and informative at all times. Entertainment staff, especially Daniela were enjoyable and motivating without being overbearing. We had upgraded to "Privileged Status" and Azuemda in the beach area and Alberto at the main restaurant were just outstanding. We will definitely recommend Ocean Maya to family and friends and plan on returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Maya very much. Staff there was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly, especially Imelda, serving us drinks. We appreciate that rules, such as "no shoes no service" were enforced. We are a couple in our 70's and felt pampered. Thank you.

Wow, amazing hotel! The staff is so friendly and hard working! It's a beautiful place to relax and have fun! We ate excellent food all week long, every restaurant was delicious and had so much choice of food!! We had an amazing time over there, wish we had booked for two weeks!

Hola amigos soy Adriana de Buenos Aires, Argentina, la verdad que la pasamos genial con mi amiga Sonia, nos alojamos en la habitacion 2808, excelente todo desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, todos muy cordiales y atentos, la animacion genial, tanto Omar como Gisela y Lorena nos hicieron diverti mucho, la comida y la barra de tragos excelenteeee, los vamos a recomendar.
Gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones el mejor de los sueños!!!!!

our stay at the ocean maya was very pleasant. We found the staff very pleasant. This included everyone from top to bottom and in all areas of the resort. We found the accomodations to be very pleasant with the very big exception of the Beds. The BEDS WERE VERY HARD AND DIFFICULT TO SLEEP ON. The grounds were very well kept and well laid out. The seletion of foods and their preparation was very well done.

Our end of Jan 2011, all-inclusive visit to the Ocean Maya was great! Booked through the “Nolitour” travel agency and their info sessions were very helpful. The Ocean Maya had a huge selection of food, all very well prepared and presented. Experienced all three restaurants (superb) and two all-day buffets, coffee bar plus the separate awesome “Mikes Coffee” bar! (simply a MUST)
Lots of activities including jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, scuba-diving (free lesson in pool!), FREE kayaking and catamaran sailing plus around the pool activities like Tai-Chi, Pilates, water volleyball, beach volleyball, swim up bar, poker (fun only), horseshoes, spa, (massage on the beach-nice!), dance lessons, Spanish classes PLUS many more things to do! Just check the poolside board for all the things happening OR... just lay around in the sun. There’s LOTS of it! Lorraina (one of many of the very pleasant hostesses) was a lot of fun! Great at getting you involved but not too pushy. Beat me at “Horseshoes”.
The live stage entertainment was great, with a very Mexican flair and flying acrobatics. Jesselle, Susan and all the actors made you feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and functional, rich with marble everywhere. Grounds were groomed to perfection. Felt like paradise! WILL definitely go back!

Agradezco que lo ofrecido haya superado lo obtenido, excelente atención e infraestructura Felicitaciones a todos.
Les hice ya mis sugerencias para la mejora en guest service, pero de las repito:
a) Mejorar el tema del agua que sale de la ducha pues el piso se vuelve demasiado resbaloso.
b) La información para los recorridos (XCARET, CHICENITZA, ETC) es pobre con un poco más de información podríamos haber ahorrado tiempo de traslados.
c) En los buffet les falta animación, bingos o un cantante.

Buenas tardes, quisiera compartir mi experiencia de 8 días que estuve en el l hotel Ocean Maya Royale h10, habitacion 115, un hotel hermoso, fue fantástico estar hospedado en el hotel, lo pase muy bien, lo disfrute como nunca, bien atendido, el personal muy respetuosa, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, un lugar muy acogedor donde se ve una preocupación por el mantenimiento, la comida exquisita, las animaciones divertidas eh ingeniosas, no tuve tiempo para aburrirme , al contraria con muchas ganas de quedarme, unas piscinas fantásticas bien cuidadas, así como la playa muy limpia en comparación a otras que pude ver, en realidad si tuviera la oportunidad de volver, no lo pienso 2 veces, me volvería a quedar en el mismo hotel. si me preguntan si lo recomiendo? digo 100% que si, y les aseguro que lo pasaran muy bien.

Mi viaje junto con mi hija, para ambas fue una experiencia maravillosa, quedamos muy contentas con el Hotel, desde la Recepción, atención en restaurantes, bar, piscinas, animación!! todo un lujo! la playa! exquisita, muy limpia, eso fue lo mejor!.Gracias Ocean Maya por hacer de mi viaje un sueño.
y a cada uno del personal que ahí trabaja,.Sobretodo Oviedo y su grupo!

Excelente hotel;gracias a Sabrina en recepcion por su atencion y la excelente habitacion que nos dio(3306)solo un comentario:como me dedico a hacer comedia musical y television,siento que podian mejorar en mucho el espectaculo nocturno por parte del equipo de entretenimiento,creo que debe de ser de la misma calidad que tiene el hotel,debido al numeroso turismo extranjero y nacional que los visita,el concepto de un hotel de 5 estrellas,debe incluir todo en 5 estrellas,tienen un excelente espacio para presentar espectaculos mas impactantes y de buena factura.Pero a pesar de esto,mi estadia fue MARAVILLOSA!

Great staff - very courteous and pleasant. Very clean everywhere. Intimate size with the 2 storey duplex units. Never very far to any of the amenities including the beach, restaurants, pools, bars etc. Thought the food could have been a little more upscale; but the premium brand drinks were top drawer. Overall a 7.5 or 8.0.. Would definately return

We had a wonderful time at the Ocean Maya. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband tried to learn a few words to help make communication easier with all staff, and they were wonderful with helping him learn new words. The resort is beautiful, and there is always something going on to keep you entertained. From Beach and Pool Volleyball to poker at the pool side, the entertainment staff are wonderful. The different performances the put on nightly are amazing. The food was so delicious. Gracias to the chefs, and all the staff that make your dining experiences so wonderful, and the bartenders that make any drink you could possibly want. Thank you to all the cleaning, grounds and repair staff. You make the place even more beautiful with all your hard work.
The grounds, and villas are very well kept, and so beautiful. We had such a relaxing vacation, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. We will return to the Ocean Maya on our next visit to Mexico.

Felicitaciones !!! un hotel y atencion excelente, con seguridad en nuestro proximo viaje vamos a buscar alojarnos en un hotel H10, quiero destacar la atencion de todo el personal del hotel, mozos, recepcion y en especial a Luis Castillo (recepcion) y Jorgito Diaz( staff de animacion) ya que su carisma, amabilidad, simpatia y excelente atencion nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa y nos convencieron de que.....sin dudas H10 es nuestra proxima eleccion nuevamente.

a quien encuentran registrada en el hotes es a mi esposa la sra. gloria franco c. de queretaro, qro. es la primera vez que visito la Rivera Maya y es un paraiso para vover a visitars El Comentario de mi estadia en el hotel Ocena Maya es simplemente fenomenal y lo estoy recomendando con familiares y amigos.

I travel often and this was my first visit to mexico. I cant even begin to describe how wonderful my stay was. The hotel had exceptional service. There was never a time that one employee didnt cater to my every need. The price was reasonable food was delcious. The people of the hotel really made my stay worthwhile. Everything was clean. I reccomend this hotel to everyone.
